Local areas include Horsemans Valley, Fairbanks Ranch, the Crosby, the River Estates, the Bridges, the Summit, Hacienda Santa Fe, Morgan Run and Rancho Cielo. There is also the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe as well as the Rancho Santa Fe Riding Club and Staddle Club. In 1984, Rancho Santa Fe hosted the equestrian events for the Summer Olympics. The area of Rancho Santa Fe can be accessed by the I-5.
