Centrally located to many of San Diego’s social hotspots, Clairemont is a suburban community in San Diego. The community of Clairemont began to develop in the early 1950s in the post-war development boom. Despite being only 10 minutes outside of Pacific Beach and the same distance from Downtown San Diego, Clairemont is isolated enough that with the thousands of homes in the community come a variety of commercial businesses, schools, and libraries. The only unoccupied land in Clairemont is San Clemente Canyon and Tecolote Canyon.

Residents of Clairemont have the Madge Bradley Courthouse available to them for their probate and family law needs. The Madge Bradley Courthouse is located on 1409 Fourth Ave. in Downtown San Diego.

Located roughly 20 minutes from Clairemont, our office is in Rancho Bernardo. Just take the I-15 north and exit at Bernardo Center Drive. We are on the second floor, southwest corner of the Clock Tower Office Complex, on the left side. We are open 8am to 5pm and closed on all legal holidays.
