Leucadia is a beach community in San Diego County. Once a place where ornamental flowers and tomatoes were crops, today Leucadia contains luxury coastal homes with beautiful beach views. South of Carlsbad, Leucadia has a string of businesses which run along South Coast Highway 101 and also has great surfing spots. Home to Leucadia State Beach there are a few small parking lots located off Neptune Ave. for beach visitors. One can reach Leucadia via the I-5.
