Walter E. Pinkerton, Jr., Esq. is an active member of the California, San Diego and Ramona Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of International Trade, the United States Court of Appeals of the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the Southern and Central Federal District Courts and in all California Trial and Appellate Courts including the Supreme Court of California.

Attorney Pinkerton received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of West Los Angeles and graduated with honors with the Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from the Philadelphia University. A retired United States Marine Corps Officer and Vietnam fighter pilot, during his tour of duty, Attorney Pinkerton earned, in addition to several unit citations, the Purple Heart and 24 combat air medals. In addition to his duties as pilot and squadron flight instructor, he served as his squadron' s legal officer and was a noted member of the General and Special Court Martial Boards.

Attorney Pinkerton has served southern California since 1979 and has gained very valuable and practicable education and experience, which has enabled him to assist clients in achieving their stated business, asset protection and estate planning goals. Attorney Pinkerton aggressively represents clients in all phases of civil litigation Attorney Pinkerton has focused his practice on Business Planning, Asset Protection, Fundamental and Advanced Estate and Tax Planning, Probate, Trusts and Civil Litigation.

Attorney Pinkerton assists clients in the formulation of plans which focus on significantly reducing taxes and preserving their estate for their heirs, through the use of a wide variety of estate and business planning tools, Attorney Pinkerton is a director of the Ramona Senior Center and member of the San Diego and Ramona Bar Associations.

Attorney Pinkerton is an active member of his church and community. He enjoys flying, sailing, baseball, golf and spending time with his wife and two children.
